The Sons of the Serpent held his life hostage. The carrot to the stick of letting him die, blackmail with my identity. They came to his hospital room.

My secret's...it's not worth his life. It never was. So I gave it up. But I can't let that happen again. It's too much, Hank.

Matt, we've both been doing this a long time. We knew the risk and dived right in anyway. It's not the best for the people around us, or even for ourselves. But ...

Let me ask you this, would you rather it be someone else doing this?
