There's no list that I know of, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. They aren't exactly forthcoming with all the details.

I...left without obtaining explicit permission at one point, and all I was treated to was a lecture. But I didn't go intending to stay indefinitely, or defect to another country, or do anything but go on a vacation with my girlfriend.

Hypothetically, if you left and showed no signs of coming back, I would logically assume that they would retrieve you. Because I don't see how they could not. They will find out. I'm told the tattoo will register it, although I can't see, so I can't completely confirm that for you.

But I also don't understand what drives a large number of how they've treated with us lately. And I suspect that means the answer is...they won't do anything. At least not immediately.

I think, prior to some of their new regulations, it might have seemed like a conspiracy theory to consider that. But they've changed the rules, and it's not clear how it will all play now. It would be foolish not to consider the possibility.

I think we'll be an easy target to use in scoring political points eventually. For better or worse.
