No offense, Kate, but that seems like that would be an inevitable consequence of letting Loki be on your team. The only surprise is that it wasn't something bigger.

One: I wouldn't ask you to help with Loki's messes. He's Loki.

Two: Don't tell me about the inevitable consequences of letting anyone do anything. I handle my team fine.

Three: His name is actually Dorian.

Because sometimes "stupid things" happen. And because if he doesn't somehow, in some way, have a reason that isn't motivated entirely by selfishness and greed, there's probably nothing I or anyone else can do for him.

Somehow, he got bail set. I don't know how.

But from what I read, he wasn't looking for some kind of resource that could massively improve people's lives.

That actually was not what I was going to say. But you can go be snotty at somebody else while I figure out what to do with this mess.

Don't volunteer my help. Especially without vetting the situation thoroughly.

I won't make a habit of this. If you don't want to take the case, you don't have to. I don't know what we can do with it, anyway.

If he robbed a bank for fun and profit and got caught, there's very little I can do. He'll have to face the consequences. But I'll at least hear him out before I decide to send him on his way.
